A sandwich with multi-grain bread with a filling of chicken or turkey breast with a slice of cheese and maybe a slice of a tomato.or peanut butter sandwich. A banana, fresh cut up veggies, 1 or 2 graham crackers, milk, juice, or water.
Studies have shown that those who eat breakfast everyday are much more likely to keep extra weight off and also that breakfast is a must for a diabetic to keep their blood sugar at a healthy level. But make that a healthy breakfast! Skip the donuts, sweet rolls, sugary cereals, etc. Have some oatmeal with fresh fruit, an omelet, whole grain toast or English muffin, or a whole-grain cereal with a sugar substitute instead of sugar!! Top the cereal with fat-free milk or soy milk.
You want a cookie and you see a sugar free cookie and you think I can still have this cookie and be good. Do not get scammed by these labels, check the ingredients to see what is listed. It might say sugar free but it might have enough sugar to be called a sugar cookie.
Second, eating breakfast gives you energy for the rest of the day. Don’t forget: you spent 7 to 8 hours sleeping. While asleep, your body was fasting. A healthy meal in the morning will replenish your energy stores and help you to feel alive and alert.
If you want to lose 18 pounds in 3 weeks and lose your butt and leg fat, you need to burn more calories than you take in. Simple! You should be able to create a calorie deficit through eating fewer calorie foods and engaging more in physical activities. The bottom line is to eat less and exercise more. But you must eat the right kind of food and engage in the right kind of exercise to get your body back into shape.
You’ll be surprised to know that many people have symptoms of low blood sugar but they do not know about it. Have you ever felt tired between 11 in the morning and 3 O’ clock in the evening? It is a classical sign of low blood sugar. Most people when start to feel tired and worn out, they become depressed and irritable. Most of the times they will hook on a soda drink or have a cup of coffee or eat some sweet snack.

This is a nice alternative to the traditional breakfast of a bowl of cereal for more than one reason. I find myself that I always tend to let my milk spoil when i buy it. I just don’t use it fast enough to beat the expiration date. I also tend never to have time to wash dishes, and hate to continuously waste paper bowls and plastic spoons. Finally, my cereal finds a way of getting stale before I can finish a box. So, the milk and cereal bars are a way to avoid all of these problems!
